Dow and DuPont merged on paper to form a new co. The Orion program created 3 newcos to drive $8bn of shareholder value.

  •  €24M –Dow to Dow relocations - Directed fit out projects that relocated R&D equipment and process from Valbonne to locations in Collegeville USA, Horgen, Lauterbourg, Seneffe and Tarragona in EU

  • €12M –Dow to Dow relocations – Directed fit out projects that relocated R&D equipment and process from Horgen to Freienbach in Switzerland near Zurich

  • €22M – Dow to DuPont relocations - Directed fit out projects that relocated R&D equipment and process from Horgen in Switzerland to Meyrin, Rheinmunster, Buchs and Leiden in EU

  • €8M – Dow to Dow relocations - Directed fit out projects that relocated R&D equipment and process from Freienbach to Correggio and Horgen to allow Freienbach to become a dedicated DuPont site

  • €10M – Dupont to Dow lab swap - Wiesbaden R&D lab relocated from DuPont site to purpose leased building on local science park

Corporate

Working under JLL for Amazon in Germany to unlock and turn around stalled projects & home 3,000 AWS employees

  • MUC13

    Close out €24M 6 floor fit out of 6 floors and Post Occupancy Project - €1.2M to improve flow plus Feasibility for €18M, 3 floor expansion

  • MUC14

    Turn around a 7,000 sq.m, €37M corporate office project and win back customer confidence then Densification - €2M to drive space plan efficiency and finally a Post Occupancy Project - €1.8M (audio visual)

  • MUC14 - Expansion

    Developed cost plan for €66M fit out and procured professional services, contracted GC on GMP basis

  • Developed a full Risk Management Plan and schedule and handed over to Area Managers from JLL and AMZ for delivery by others

New Settlement

Working for a private equity investment firm headquartered in London to deliver a mixed use sttlemement

  • The scheme is looking to deliver approximately 5,000 new homes on a currently disused airfield. Two primary schools, a secondary school and 20 hectares of employment land will be provided alongside the new homes, creating a new community.

  • The team also has a strong aspiration to deliver this new community as a carbon neutral town, in alignment with the UK’s Net Zero objectives. Additionally, the team are currently looking at providing Industrial/R&D/Commercial space within the site which isn’t currently available in the geographical area.

  • The plan has been identified as a Strategic Growth Area by officers and continues to be included within the development Plan, most recently going though it’s Reg-19 consultation.
