Neil has more than 20 years of international experience across complex programmes and property portfolios, from headquarters fit-out to large-scale development.
He works across the whole picture: the commercial decisions, the design, the people and the delivery. His role is to turn that picture into a coordinated plan, then lead the work needed to carry it through.
He established Alphafish in 2017. Today, he leads each commission personally, bringing in specialists to suit the agreed scope.
