Delivery tools built around your reporting
Senior-led delivery governance, with bespoke dashboards and control tools that turn the sheets you already keep into decision-ready reporting for your board, your project teams and the funders behind the project.
Most delivery teams already hold the numbers. They sit in cost sheets, risk registers and programmes that each tell a different story, and take days to pull into one view. We build tools around your own governance: your RAG thresholds, your stage gates, your approval route. Each tool is designed and run by a senior delivery lead, and every output is reviewed by a person before it reaches your board.
Reporting and monitoring for lenders and funders
Banks, lenders, funders and investors need clear, consistent project reporting through the life of a scheme. We set up and run monthly reporting and monitoring packs that show where the project stands against budget, programme and risk, with every figure tagged by how well it is evidenced.
Cost to complete, approved, pending and disputed change, and drawdown-ready valuation summaries
Programme against baseline, stage gates passed and forecast delay
Key risks, consents and decisions that need a funder's attention
A clear line between what is verified, what is manual and what is assumed
This is management information prepared by Alphafish to support your reporting. It is not a formal monitoring surveyor appointment, a certificate or legal advice.

Built in your branding, yours to keep
Every tool is delivered in your branding and handed over to you. Your logo, your colours, your report names. Your team uses it as its own and keeps it.
Board-ready dashboard
Cost, change, risk and decisions in one view. A status strip shows overall, cost, change, risk, programme and source at a glance, with budget, forecast, variance and open change exposure beneath. Every figure carries a confidence tag: source-derived, manual, assumption or missing. Delivered as a single file that works offline.
Design control matrix
Know what design is due, from whom, at which stage. Disciplines, deliverables and stage labels are set up with you for the project, from surveys and planning through to handover. Filter by stage to see what each stage needs before it can close. Late and unreviewed items feed the board dashboard.
Programme dashboard
Milestones and stage gates against baseline. Each gate shows the approvals and evidence it needs. Slippage is shown in plain terms, forecast against baseline with the cause and the owner, and key risks and consents sit alongside the milestone they affect.
Cost and valuation pack
A valuation summary the whole team can read. Layout and wording follow your form of contract and payment process. Approved, pending and disputed change are kept apart. Figures are reviewed by a person before issue.
